EXCHANGE RETURN
Conditions
  • Products purchased at X-BBQ directly from the supermarket or online:
  • Products must be purchased within 7 days.
  • Products must be in their original condition, with all tags, labels, and unopened packaging.
  • Products must not have been used.
  • Products must have defects due to manufacturing.
  • Products must be new and free from dirt or scratches.
  • Products purchased online or directly at X-BBQ.
  • Products must be purchased within 7 days.

Products cannot be exchanged or returned
  • Products that have been used:
  • Products not sold by X-BBQ.
  • Defects caused by user error, apart from those caused by manufacturing.
  • Products included in promotional or discounted sales are not eligible for exchange or return.
  • Products purchased directly from the supermarket can only be exchanged, not returned:
  • Products not sold by X-BBQ.
  • Products that have been used.
  • Defects caused by user error, apart from those caused by manufacturing.

Exchange and Return Policy For other products priced equal to or higher than the product to be exchanged. X-BBQ accepts the return of the product and refunds the customer the amount they paid for that product.
How to exchange or return a new product

Method 1: Exchange the product directly at any supermarket within the X-BBQ system.
Method 2: Exchange the product via postal service.

  • Step 1: Send the product to the address: 9Ruko Puri Botanical block I 9 no 3
    Joglo, Jakarta Barat 11640.
    Inside the package, include the following information for the exchange request:

    • Order number
    • Buyer’s phone number
    • Name of the product to be exchanged
  • Step 2: Call (62) 81215333777 or send information via email to xbbq.id@gmail.com to notify your request for a product exchange.

  • Step 3: X-BBQ will send the new product to the customer within 48 hours from when the product is received and confirmed to meet the exchange policy.

    • Bank account information for the refund
  • Step 2: Call 0(62) 81215333777 or send information via email to xbbq.id@gmail.com to notify your request for a product return.

  • Step 3: X-BBQ will process the refund for the customer within 48 hours of receiving the product and confirming it meets the return policy.
