Conditions |
- Products purchased at X-BBQ directly from the supermarket or online:
- Products must be purchased within 7 days.
- Products must be in their original condition, with all tags, labels, and unopened packaging.
- Products must not have been used.
- Products must have defects due to manufacturing.
- Products must be new and free from dirt or scratches.

Products cannot be exchanged or returned |
- Products that have been used:
- Products not sold by X-BBQ.
- Defects caused by user error, apart from those caused by manufacturing.
- Products included in promotional or discounted sales are not eligible for exchange or return.

For other products priced equal to or higher than the product to be exchanged. |
X-BBQ accepts the return of the product and refunds the customer the amount they paid for that product.

How to exchange or return a new product |
Method 1: Exchange the product directly at any supermarket within the X-BBQ system. Method 2: Exchange the product via postal service.

Step 1: Send the product to the address: 9Ruko Puri Botanical block I 9 no 3 Joglo, Jakarta Barat 11640. Inside the package, include the following information for the exchange request:
- Order number
- Buyer’s phone number
- Name of the product to be exchanged

Step 2: Call (62) 81215333777 or send information via email to xbbq.id@gmail.com to notify your request for a product exchange.

Step 3: X-BBQ will send the new product to the customer within 48 hours from when the product is received and confirmed to meet the exchange policy.
